Includes hosting of web site and domain name including documents and images on HOA Online Resource servers.

Document Prep Fee

HOA Online Resource will convert your hard-copy documents to .pdf files for $1.00 per page.
note: There is no charge to convert Microsoft Office Documents to .pdf

Customer Website Checklist

Please gather information using the checklist to the right.

After we receive your contract and full payment, these items will allow us to design your website and make your website ready to operate at it's full potential.

Please feel free to send additional information that will be beneficial to your website.

note: Additional changes to the functionality of your website will be billed at $65.00/hour

Complete the form to the left or download our agreement and email it to us at support@hoaonlineresource.com.
We will call you to confirm a domain name and discuss any design aspects, including photos and documents.
As soon as we have your website up on the server, we will give you online training on how to use your website.
Once we receive payment (within 30 days) we will point your domain name to your website.


Q: What if we decide not to use your services?
A: If we don't receive payment for your website within thirty days, we simply remove your website from our servers.
